We accept payments via Paystack (credit/debit cards, bank transfers) and cash on delivery. All online payments are processed securely through Paystack with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Use the "Track Order" page on our website. Enter your order code and email address to see the current status. You can also communicate directly with your delivery agent via WhatsApp for real-time updates.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return. Note that return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for return.
